DC Anatomy and Physiology

Pre-Requisites: B or better in Biology.
Length 1 Full year, 2 credits, NNU 4 credits

This course is an introduction to the study of structure (anatomy) and function (physiology) of the human body. The following systems are studied: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, lymphatic, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive and reproductive. Unifying themes of homeostasis and whole body functioning are emphasized. This course conforms to the course description of NNU Human Biology; BI 106 and BI 106L
