The book fair will be open in the Council Elementary library August 19th through the 22nd. The hours of operation will be Mon. and Tues., 8 am to 5 pm. Wed. and Thurs., 2 to 5 pm. Please contact Katie Tharp, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in volunteering.
Warm Clothing Drive
Council Elementary is seeking donations of warm clothing for our second annual warm clothing drive. As you are going through your children’s clothes getting ready for the school year, please help us help families in our community. Donations will be accepted at the Elementary School to be distributed August 19th and 20th during parent teacher conferences.
*We have a need for winter coats and snow pants in children’s size 6-14

Registration for Council School District will be Tuesday through Thursday, August 6th-8th from 8:00 to 4:00.
Elementary schedule: ALL NEW ELEMENTARY STUDENTS TO THE DISTRICT will register August 6th – 8th (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) and all returning students need to contact the ES office at 208-253-4223 starting on the 5th to make appointments for Parent/Teacher conference-registration to be held the 19th and 20th.
Jr./Sr high school schedule:
Tuesday ~ Juniors and Seniors
Wednesday ~ Sophomores and Freshmen
Thursday ~ 7th and 8th
Families with students in multiple grades may register all at the same time.
