Mrs. Beyuka

Ramona Beyuka was born and raised in the backcountry of central Idaho.  After graduating from Moscow High School in 2000, she spent a year as a foreign exchange student in Ecuador, living with a family and attending a local high school in a rural community.  She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Atmospheric Sciences, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish.  She completed her Master’s of Science in Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Utah in 2013.  Mrs. Beyuka also worked seasonally as a McCall Smokejumper for 10 years until she began teaching at Council High School in 2016 as the Math and Spanish teacher.  She enjoys many outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, Jazz, their two sons, Shya (5) and Micah (1.5) and their dog Rocky (6).
